The women's regional league team of FC Viktoria Berlin was taken over by a group of female founders in summer 2022. We are still part of FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin but see ourselves as an independent start-up within. Together, we aim to become a success story in German football.

CONVICTION
Much is said about female empowerment; we act on it! With extensive expertise and a large network, we are taking over the women's football team of FC Viktoria Berlin. True to the motto 'Football is for everyone,' we are shining the spotlight on women in football to bring it forward in all of Germany.

We are part of FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin, but we also see ourselves as a football start-up. We operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and rely on a strong and unique network across politics, business, culture/media, and sports. We aim not only for footballing success but also stand for a sustainable and social female movement, and we want to contribute to societal debates.

We stand for diversity & inclusion, sustainability, and self-confidence. We aim to create a sports and social environment that actively promotes and communicates equal opportunities and gender equality. Our goal is to make more role models in sports visible and inspire young girls and women.

Of course, we strive for sporting success on the field. Our vision is to lead our team to the top tier of women's football in the long term. The sports capital Berlin urgently needs a top women's team. Us!

We love our grassroots sport, football, and support women. We work with a team that embodies passion and teamwork. Our goal is the Bundesliga.
COMMUNITY
We want to bring people together with our team and network and ignite a passion for women's football in Berlin. Our community embodies this.

We pursue our mission of fairness, equality, and equal opportunity. Confidently, we believe in social change through sports and football.
