Knipp joins FC Viktoria Berlin from top-flight side FC Carl Zeiss Jena, bringing extensive experience across multiple roles in football. As a player, she was part of the squad that secured promotion to the Bundesliga. She subsequently moved into sporting leadership, where she contributed to, among other achievements, another promotion as well as reaching the DFB Cup semi-finals.

Isabelle Knipp succeeds Catharina Schimpf, who has built and shaped the club’s sporting department over the past two years.
