Additionally, I strongly identify with the club’s values, making collaboration even more motivating for me.
Why are you the right person for this position?
M I Whether I’m the right person for this position will ultimately be revealed with time. However, what I bring to the table is the necessary expertise, extensive experience in women’s football, and an authentic, team-oriented personality. I’m confident that this combination provides the best foundation for us to achieve success together.
What are your goals?
M I My goal is to foster continuous development on all levels of the club. My main focus is on ensuring that we learn from one another, grow as a united team, and work together to achieve the club’s sporting objectives.
What does it take to secure promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga and establish ourselves there?
M I A positive and motivating atmosphere, hard work, diligence, and a high level of resilience are crucial. Additionally, determination and a clear focus are essential for collective success.
What are your first steps with the team? How will you approach the initial weeks, and how will you ensure a smooth transition?
M I The first step is getting to know the team and the individual players. At the same time, I aim to create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and can develop to their full potential.
